The property is just a short walk from the heart of Swansea, on top of the hill plenty of restaurants and fantastic shopping. Also within easy reach are: The Liberty Stadium – home of Swansea FC and venue for all kinds of other events. Swansea Town Centre – go here to shop, to meet and eat, or whatever. Mumbles Seaside Village – a real must-see Swansea LC Waterpark- fun fun fun for everyone Swansea Marina – a beautiful spot by the sea Swansea Grand Theatre – why not take in a show while you’re in town? Swansea is close to the M4 motorway which stretches across Wales and England all the way to London. So we’re easy to reach by car, and with parking available close to the house, driving here is a popular option. But you can see the area using buses, or walk or cycle and take in the atmosphere of Swansea. Or you could always order a cab. The railway station isn’t far away either, just 6 minutes walking distance and it’s from here that you can catch train services north to Manchester and east to London, as well as many other destinations.
