Living Room: Features a corner sofa bed for extra sleeping space and a dining table that seats 4. Newly Fitted Kitchen (2024): Fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and everything needed for self-catering. Bathroom: Upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outdoor Space: A small garden at the back of the property for fresh air and relaxation. On-Street Parking: Conveniently located near the home. Why Stay Here? Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including: All 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The living room with a corner sofa bed and dining table. The newly fitted kitchen with modern appliances. The upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. The small garden at the back of the property. On-street parking is available, and the home is entirely private, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay. We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption. Situated just a few minutes from Swansea railway station, this 4 bedroom property is ideally situated to make it easy for you to access all the region’s popular areas and attractions, including: The Liberty Stadium - if you have tickets for a game or an event here, why not stay in this 4 bed home and make a real day, weekend or week of it. Swansea city centre - there are plenty of stores and boutiques to keep shoppers happy and they’re all easily reached from here. Why not arrange to meet and eat somewhere too? Swansea Marina - check out the boats and maybe grab a bite. Swansea Grand Theatre – music performances, art exhibitions, film screenings, full-on shows, whatever you’ve booked to see here, staying in our 4 bed home will mean you won’t have far to go to get there (and back). Mumbles Seaside Village - discover why this is one of the region’s most popular destinations by spending a day by the sea Swansea LC Waterpark - this is the biggest indoor waterpark in Wales with plenty of slides and waves to keep all the family entertained Being so close to Swansea city centre means walking or cycling are great ways to explore the area. But should you be arriving by car, you’ll be delighted to know there is free on-street parking by the property, so you shouldn’t have trouble finding a space. If you’re using public transport, the close proximity of the house to Swansea train station means it won’t take long to get here once your train arrives. And you can always order cabs or catch buses to get to wherever you need to go. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM. While every effort is made to maintain the space, there may be some changes such as removed decorative items, minor wear and tear, or settlement dust if it’s been a few days since the last guest checked out.
