The fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8. Two modern shower rooms and an additional WC. The property is entirely private, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests. Street parking is available nearby for your convenience. Whether you're here for work or leisure We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption Close by is Singleton Hospital, Swansea University. Singleton nature park and the Mumbles and Gower. Just a. short walk to the beach and Swansea National Swimming Pool. Mumbles Seaside Village - this famous coastal location really is a ‘must visit’ if you’re staying in the area. Swansea city centre - a wide variety of shops, eateries and entertainment venues are all here Swansea Marina - take a look at the boats and maybe grab some food in this popular area of the city Swansea Grand Theatre – there are all kinds of events scheduled here from gigs to shows and films. Why not make a night of it, or turn it into a weekend away if you’ve got tickets by staying here? Swansea LC Waterpark - make a big splash in Wales’ biggest indoor waterpark. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM. Very good value and well located in Swansea for the Welsh national swimming competition . Weather conditions were difficult as storm Darragh hit wales but place stayed warm and dry .
