Prime Location: Swansea City on your doorstep, walking distance to the supermarket, quick round of shopping of watching a match at Swansea Stadium. There is a communal utility area featuring washing machines, tumble dryers, irons, and ironing boards, so you can keep your clothes / work clothes clean and smart. Really handy if you’re booking a long-term stay. Guests will have exclusive use of their private room, including the double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and in-room facilities. Please note that the main entrance to the building and stairways are shared with other apartments. However, your room is dedicated solely for your stay, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your visit. We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption The development is located within easy driving distance of many of the local area’s key leisure and business destinations. Let’s take a look at a few: THE LIBERTY STADIUM: The home of Swansea City FC and Ospreys RFC is easily reached from here. So if you have tickets to a match, or perhaps an invite to a corporate or other event taking place at the stadium, book a stay for you, a few, or a big group of you, and it won’t take long to get to the stadium and back. SWANSEA CITY CENTRE: Whether you’re working here, or want to to check out the shops, stores, bars, restaurants, and/or pubs, Swansea city centre is just 2 miles from the studio apartment complex. It’s easy to drive to or why not hire a cab? Your hosts will suggest the best company to call. SWANSEA GRAND THEATRE: It’s one of the many attractions in the city centre, and just a few minute’s drive from the development. SWANSEA LC WATERPARK: The biggest indoor waterpark in Wales is not far too, great for a day out if you’re looking to make a splash! GOWER PENINSULA: Why not slow down the pace with a visit to one of the beautiful local beaches, including Three Cliffs Bay? MUMBLES: Perhaps the area’s most famous seaside resort, Mumbles is in Swansea Bay and features restaurants, shops, and other attractions. MORRISTON HOSPITAL: Want to stay near someone having treatment here? No problem. Check for availability. SWANSEA UNIVERSITY: Staying here is a good option if you’re working at, visiting, or studying at the local university. DVLA: For visitors or employees at the DVLA, we can offer a smart place to stay that’s not far away. SWANSEA MARINA: Treat yourself to a drink, meal, or day out at one of the local area’s most glam locations, and do a bit of boat watching! WORKING IN SWANSEA It’s easy to get to Swansea Enterprise Park and other industrial, retail, and business centres from the apartments. Parking is available outside the apartments on a first come, first served basis. Don’t worry if there’s no room when you arrive, you’ll find more parking space just a couple of minutes’ walk away Your hosts will show you where. But bringing a car isn’t essential as you can catch a cab from the railway station if you arrive by train, and use taxi services during your stay. You can even use local buses, or walk to the city centre if you fancy it! This property is hosted and managed by KG Short Stay, a trusted team with a large portfolio of properties across South Wales. We pride ourselves on providing a professional and responsive service to ensure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM. This stay was a holiday saver. We were going camping and the tent was damaged or poorly made. We didnt know as it was new. Anyhow we booked this stay as it would allow us to have our holiday as planned. They had eveything 2 people need. Clean towels and bedding. Full kitchen sans freezer. All crockery, cutlery cleaning equipment and toiletries were provided (if needed). The conditioner was epic!!! Parking on site is also possible. The laundry room was awesome - As it has both washers and dryers for use. All in all excellent if you need a great pied de terre near everything. The paintwork is a little tired but everything works and if you just want a place to lay you head on a work or fun trip with all needs covered. The customer service team are friendly and helpful. This is the real deal at affordable prices so whilst it might not suit those who worry about the aesthetics (it really isnt that bad just not insta life perfect). We were too busy having fun for that to matter!!
