SWANSEA GRAND THEATRE: It’s one of the many attractions in the city centre, and just a few minute’s drive from the development. SWANSEA LC WATERPARK: The biggest indoor waterpark in Wales is not far too, great for a day out if you’re looking to make a splash! GOWER PENINSULA: Why not slow down the pace with a visit to one of the beautiful local beaches, including Three Cliffs Bay? MUMBLES: Perhaps the area’s most famous seaside resort, Mumbles is in Swansea Bay and features restaurants, shops, and other attractions. MORRISTON HOSPITAL: Want to stay near someone having treatment here? No problem. Check for availability. WORKING IN SWANSEA It’s easy to get to Swansea Enterprise Park and other industrial, retail, and business centres from the apartments. Parking is available outside the apartments on a first come, first served basis. Don’t worry if there’s no room when you arrive, you’ll find more parking space just a couple of minutes’ walk away Your hosts will show you where. But bringing a car isn’t essential as you can catch a cab from the railway station if you arrive by train, and use taxi services during your stay.
