Conveniently located near Morriston Hospital and with easy access to the M4, this home is a perfect choice for work or leisure stays. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property, including: All bedrooms: Ground floor twin room with two single beds. Upstairs double room with en-suite shower and Smart TV. Upstairs twin room with two single beds and Smart TV. Large upstairs room with two double beds and Smart TV. Living room with dining for 6 and Smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen with access to the patio garden. Bathrooms: Downstairs bathroom with shower-over-bath. Two upstairs en-suite bathrooms. Off-road parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. The combination of convenience, space, and amenities makes it an excellent choice for your visit. We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption This 4 bed house is located in the Morriston area of Swansea to the north of Swansea city centre. There are plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. So you can easily stock-up the kitchen cupboards and the fridge freezer with your favourite foods during your stay. There are other places in the area that can be easily reached from the house: MORRISTON HOSPITAL - if you are working here, or if you know someone being treated here, you can stay here and be nearby with easy access to the hospital. DVLA - if you have business at the DVLA centre, it can be easily reached from the house. THE LIBERTY STADIUM - got tickets for a Swansea City game, or an invite to attend another event at the stadium? It’s not far from the house so you can get to and from the venue quickly. MORRISTON PARK - this huge green space is close to the house and gives you somewhere to escape to for a leisurely stroll or a more active run. There are skate jumps to try and ducks to feed too, something for all of the family. SWANSEA GRAND THEATRE - the city centre isn’t far away and if you have tickets for a performance here, you can get to and from the theatre with ease. MUMBLES - this seaside village is popular with all kinds of visitors and well worth a visit if you have the time. SWANSEA MARINA - enjoy being amid the glamour of boats and maybe stop-off for a bite to eat or some liquid refreshment in one of the high-class eateries. Swansea is easily accessed from the M4 motorway which extends all the way east across Wales and England to London. So if you are driving, the house is easy to reach and has free parking right outside. But there’s no need to bring a car as you can use taxi services, or catch buses that will take you around the local area. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM.
