Always Available Parking: Convenient parking right on your doorstep for added ease. Great Location: Close to Morriston town center for shops, restaurants, and amenities. Easy access to Swansea city centre and the M4, making it an excellent base for exploring South Wales. Ideal for visiting Swansea Stadium, local retail parks, and the stunning Gower Peninsula. Whether you’re in the area for work or leisure, here is a comfortable and convenient place to call home during your stay. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. This includes all 3 bedrooms, the open-plan kitchen and living space, dining area, bathroom, and the small enclosed yard. There are no shared spaces – the house is fully dedicated to your stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout. On-street parking is available nearby for added convenience. We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption Nature lovers will appreciate Morriston's proximity to stunning green spaces, including the picturesque Morriston Park, which provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Additionally, the nearby Swansea Valley offers opportunities for scenic walks and outdoor adventures, making it a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM. Photography Disclaimer: The listing photos were professionally taken before guests stayed in the property. While every effort is made to maintain the space, there may be some changes such as removed decorative items, minor wear and tear, or settlement dust if it’s been a few days since the last guest checked out. Friendly Note: This is not luxury accommodation but is designed for practicality, especially for those working or studying in the area. However, we’re confident you’ll enjoy the space too! Please be mindful that occasional encounters with friendly spiders or bugs can happen in UK homes. Parking: There is available on street parking, there are also permit bays, please avoid parking in these.
