Fantastic easy access to the M4 motorway, Swansea Enterprise Park and the DVLA. Our 3 bedroom house with a modern kitchen, bathroom and lounge is a great base for work colleagues and families alike, using Swansea as a base for working or exploring! There is ample parking to the front of the property and it is a short walk to local shops and amenities. Upon entrance you'll be greeted with the cosy lounge where you can sit and relax infant of the Smart TV to catch up on your favourite series. Make use of the fully equipped kitchen for either a home made meal, or just sit back and relax with food from one of the many local take aways. When you're ready to hit the hay make your way upstairs and choose from one fo the 3 bedrooms decorated simple and effective. Choose from a room with 2 singles, or one of the other two rooms with one single bed. Don't worry about parking, you can park on the street or there is plenty of local transport available. The Liberty Stadium - it’s the home of Swansea FC and venue for all kinds of events, so if you are attending one and want to be able to reach the Stadium with ease, stay here. Swansea City Centre - discover everything you’d expect from a major city centre, including shops and coffee shops, bars and restaurants plus parks and other places of interest, including Swansea Grand Theatre. If you have tickets for a performance there, stay here and really turn it into an occasion. Mumbles - this seaside village is nearby and well worth a visit.
