Welcome to Room 4, a charming loft space that combines comfort and practicality. Featured an en-suite shower room and a compact kitchen equipped with essentials, making it perfect for solo travellers or couples. There are stairs to access the room, no lift is available Studio 4 - located within a building that houses several apartments. This thoughtfully designed space features a combined lounge/bedroom area with a comfortable double bed, a small seating area, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. The en-suite shower bathroom and fully equipped kitchen provide everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The room has a loft window allowing light from the rising sun. Note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor Perfectly suited for solo travellers or couples, an ideal base for exploring The Gower and its stunning beaches, as well as the surrounding South Wales countryside. With local amenities just a stone’s throw away, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Guests will have exclusive use of their private room, including the double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and in-room facilities. Please note that the main entrance to the building and stairways are shared with other apartments. However, your room is dedicated solely for your stay, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your visit. We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption. It was a small village until the late 19th century when it grew around the coal mining and tinplate industries. It is situated in the north west of Swansea City Centre, around 6 miles. Gorseinon still maintains it's local village feel with modern retail shops on the high street such as your local supermarkets. During your stay with us why not visit, Waterfall Country, Red Kite Feeding Station, National Show Caves Centre for Wales, Afan Forest, Walters Arena(BMW Off Road Skills) & Gower Peninsula can all be accessed approx 1 hour by car, whilst the Black Mountain Pass & Brecon Beacons National Park are within a short drive from the house. You have the benefit of a leisure facility at Penyrheol Leisure Centre with its Swimming pool, Sports and Theatre complex. We have Free parking dedicated for our customers. Local bus routes and bus stops are outside the home, this will take you to the main bus station in the heart of Swansea. There you will be able to catch a bus to take you to your favourite destination. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM.
