Prime Location: Close to Swansea city centre and major transport links, including the M4. Relax and Unwind: A home away from home with all the comforts you need, including Smart TVs in every room. Perfect for Groups: Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this property offers the ideal setup for a relaxing and productive stay. Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay. This includes: Parking: Plenty of on-road parking is available near the property, free of charge. Please park considerately to ensure space for others. Entry: Self-check-in is available via a secure lockbox located by the main entrance. You will receive the lockbox code approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled check-in time. Inside the Property: Guests will have access to: A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, perfect for preparing meals. A living room featuring a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both fitted with Smart TVs for added comfort. A bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC for convenience. The property is spread over three stories, providing ample space for you and your companions to relax. Please note that all areas are private and exclusive for your use throughout your stay. We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption This newly renovated 2 bedroom Swansea home is located in a pleasant and popular residential area of the city. Your home-from-home will see you staying in an area that brings many of the local attractions and business areas within easy reach. The Liberty Stadium - it’s the home of Swansea FC and The Ospreys and venue for all kinds of events, so if you are attending one and want to be able to reach the Stadium with ease, stay here. Swansea City Centre - discover everything you’d expect from a major city centre, including shops and coffee shops, bars and restaurants plus parks and other places of interest, including Swansea Grand Theatre. If you have tickets for a performance there, stay here and really turn it into an occasion. Mumbles - this seaside village is nearby and well worth a visit. Swansea Marina - enjoy a nose around the boats that moor here and maybe grab a snack or meal in one of the many eateries. The Swansea LC Waterpark - you’ll soon see why Wales’ biggest indoor waterpark is so popular with locals and visitors alike. Explore the amazing Gower Peninsula and other local beaches and bays including 3 Cliffs Bay! Swansea is close to the M4 motorway which stretches across Wales and England all the way to London. So we’re easy to reach by car, and with parking available close to the house, driving here is a popular option. But you can see the area using buses, or walk or cycle and take in the picturesque riverside scenery. Or you could always order a cab. The railway station isn’t far away either, and it’s from here that you can catch train services north to Manchester and east to London, as well as many other destinations. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM.
