We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption This 4 bed house is located in the Port Talbot area of Wales, and brings everything the area has to offer within easy reach. If you working in the area you have easy access to the M4 which is just a short drive to Bridgend, Cardiff or Swansea City Centre, not to mention the Hospital and Steel works . There are plenty more reasons to stay here. Like just how close you are to the centre of Aberavon with its shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the beaches and the offices in the area. It’s why groups of friends, families and colleagues find staying here really makes sense. With easy access to the M4 motorway which cuts across Wales and England all the way to London, plus free parking on the road outside the apartment, many guests choose to drive to Swansea. But you don’t need a car to enjoy staying in this 4 bed Swansea house. Catch a bus, order a taxi or take a walk. There are plenty of options for getting around, and with the train station less than 4 miles away, it’s easy to get to places further afield like Manchester and London. Guest Requirements: Before access is granted, guests are required to provide photographic ID via an online link, a valid phone number, and their home address in compliance with The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. House Rules: This is a NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING, and NO PETS property. CCTV and Noise Monitoring: For your security, there is CCTV at the front entrance to monitor arrivals. Additionally, the property has a noise-monitoring device (it does not record sound) to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained. Residential Area: This property is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the privacy and peace of the surrounding area. If you’re planning a gathering, we kindly ask you to choose a local pub or bar instead. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed. Check-out is by 10 AM.
